Q: What are permanent cosmetics?
A: Permanent cosmetics are the infusion of color beneath the skin called the dermal layer.
Q: Is it truly permanent?
A: Yes, anything
that last longer than 24 hours is considered "permanent" However it
is more subjectable to fade with sun exposure and the shedding of skin
Q: Does it look natural?
A: You bet! Your friends will never know the difference.
Q: Does it hurt?
A: Everybody has
different sensitivity levels. I've had clients who have fallen asleep
and also had clients who became sore quickly. I advise women not to
come in when they're menstruating.
A: There is no
downtime. Most clients return to their normal activities without pause
(although there are precautions you must follow).
Q: Are needles reused?
A: NO. Applicators are used one time only and then disposed.
Q: Are the pigments safe?
A: All of my
pigments are FDA approved and made in the U.S.A. These pigments are
specially made for permanent makeup. If your skin is super sensitive or
you feel you might be allergic, I recommend doing a patch test first.
Q: Can I still get an MRI?
Some may think that the ingredients in our pigments cause inaccurate
readings but the truth is that there is not enough iron oxides in our
pigments to even come close to interfering. By the way, how many people
do you know that do not have some form of a tattoo?
Q: How long does the procedure take?
A: The procedure itself takes 1 hour. The whole process takes about an hour and 30 minutes.
Q: Does it fade?
A: After the
procedure the color is dark, but luckily as its healing it fades 40% and
leaves you with a true and natural looking color.
Q: Is it expensive?
A: Think about how
much you would spend for a good quality name brand eyeliner, brow pencil
or lip liner in a year? Not just the money, but also think of the time
you would be saving? So what is extra time worth to you?
Q: Will I need touch-ups?
A: You will need to come in once a year for a touch up. This is to maintain a fresh solid look.
Q: How do you choose the color and the shape?
A: I match the pigment according to your skin tone and hair color. The shape is also matched with your facial features.
There’s just so many good reasons why to have Permanent Cosmetics. If you were to
take a survey on women who wear makeup and women who
don’t, about 98% would say they do. So if you’re going to wear makeup
everyday, why not make it permanent? The majority of women
are most concerned about their eyes. They say unless
their eyes are lined everyday they either disappear or look tired? My
personal concern was my lips. I naturally don’t have a lot
of pigment in my lips, so if I don’t wear lipstick my lips would disappear and look like they
lost circulation. That’s when I found out that there is a
way to fix that! And I did indeed!! All I need now is
lip gloss to make them nice and shiny! Whether it’s your eyes, lips, or
brows, Permanent Cosmetics can give you ongoing color
that last all day and all night!
Here are some other reasons why Permanent Makeup comes in handy.
- For those of you who like swimming or hanging out at water parks/beaches, now you can get your head wet!
- If you’re an active outdoorsy fitness fanatic and don't want your makeup running, Permanent Makeup is perfect
for you. Not only will it save you time on not having to keep applying,
but it also does not rub off or drain when you perspire. You can towel
off your whole face and your makeup will still be there!
- For those of you who like to look your best at all times, even after you wash your face, once again you still can!
NO matter where you are or what you’re doing,
you will never be caught off guard with Permanent Cosmetics, it follows
you wherever you go. And the best part is IT LOOKS COMPLETELY NATURAL.
Your friends & family will never know...
